Many of our items are "made-to-order" so they have a production time after you place the order, before it can ship.

Production times vary based on the item, as well as other factors such as payment processing time, order volume, and stock levels, but some general estimated guidelines are listed below.

We cannot guarantee these estimated production or shipping times, and do not offer refunds due to production/shipping time.

ABOUT MADE TO ORDER 

The made-to-order method is more ethical and sustainable because there is no over production, reducing the risk of excess unwanted stock going into landfills. This process also allows for the use of higher quality materials and less energy! We also strive to use minimal & sustainable packaging. Standard Shipping: 2-5 Business Days*

*This estimated shipping time applies to the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico it is estimated to take an additional 7-12 business days.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Occasionally the shipping company can have delays in delivery. While we do everything possible to get your order to you within the window stated, we are NOT responsible for any delays on the shipping company’s part as this is outside of our control, and we have no control over the shipping carriers routes/schedules.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We don’t ship internationally at this time unfortunately. Currently we are only able to ship orders to the United States, but may expand to international shipping in the future.
